• Appointments

    • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment, as this will make the appointment run smoothly. If you arrive late, it can affect other appointments.

    • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled or will be canceled if not communicated properly.

    • Walk-ins are welcome.

  • Cancellations / No-Shows

    • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

  • No Refunds

    • All services and products are non-refundable.

    • If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can make any necessary adjustments.

  • Deposits

    • A deposit is required only for hair extension services. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.

  • Children Policy

    • Little ones are welcome under parental direct supervision for safety reasons and services.

  • Payment

    • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and electronic payments (Apple Pay, etc.).

    • Checks are not accepted.

  • Health & Safety

    • Please do not come in if you are sick or have flu-like symptoms. We’ll gladly reschedule your appointment.

    • We maintain a clean and sanitized environment for your safety.

  • Hair Prep

    • Please come with clean, detangled hair unless your service includes a wash.

    • Extra charges may apply for detangling or heavily matted hair.

  • Pricing

    • Prices may vary based on hair length, texture, and stylist.

    • Final pricing will be discussed during your consultation.

  • Personal Belongings

    • Please keep personal items with you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings.

  • Photos & Social Media

    • We may ask to take photos of your finished look for promotional purposes.

    • Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.

  • Service Rejection

    • We have the right to refuse service. Ongoing, harassment towards our staff or clients will not be tolerated.

  • Alcohol & Smoking

    • There is no smoking or alcoholic beverage allowed at the salon, for we would like everyone to be sober-minded and mindful of others. At Signature Hair Salon, we strive to make a family-friendly, safe environment.

  • See Something, Say Something

    • If you see something, say something. Safety at Signature Hair Salon is taken very seriously in this establishment. If you do not feel safe or are uncomfortable, please inform our staff, and the situation will be handled with discretion.
